Curry Flavours Beef Vindaloo

Often regarded as a fiery, Beef Vindaloo is a great blend of spice for lovers of chilli hot dishes

You will need to purchase 1kg of diced beef and 200g diced potatoes to complete the recipe. Optional fresh coriander for garnish and plain Greek yoghurt to reduce the heat.

1. Heat 120ml oil in pan
2. Brown 1kg diced beef pieces in pan to seal in the juice
3. Add 600ml water and spice mix, stir well and simmer on low heat until beef is relatively tender
4. Add potatoes and simmer on low heat until both beef and potatoes are tender
5. Beef Vindaloo is ready to serve
