Curry Flavours Butter Chicken

1. Heat 70ml oil in pan
2. Add chicken pieces to brown then add 500ml water bringing the mix to boil
3. Add spice mix and stir well
4. Finally add 200ml thickened cream and 20g butter & simmer off. Simmer on low heat.
5. Butter Chicken ready to serve
