Curry Flavours Mango Chicken

A delicious creamy and sweet curry mix. Simple to make in under 30 minutes from beginning to end,
the Thai flavours sing in this delectable dish. You’ll need to purchase 1kg of diced chicken and thickened cream to complete the recipe.

Instructions :
1. Heat 50 ml oil
2. Add 1kg of diced chicken and partially cook off. Cover the pan to retain the juices
2. Add the spice mix, 600ml of water and stir well
3. Add the thickened cream, stir through
4. Simmer on low heat till sauce thickens up
5. Mango Chicken Curry is ready to serve
