Our grass fed beef stuffed rump cap roasts are handcrafted and filled with cheese, semi dried tomatoes, bacon and spinach.

Cooking tips: Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Bake in oven for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. This should achieve around a medium finish on your roast.  Allow to rest for 10 minutes out of the oven before slicing
