Free Range Grass Fed Crumbed Lamb Cutlets

When our crumbed lamb cutlets are cooked well, they’re impressively succulent and strong-tasting – and they don’t even require a whole lot of preparation.
Flash fry the cutlets to crisp up the crumb then bake or simply continue to shallow fry in the fry pan.
