Our pork cutlets are a lean, flavoursome and a tender cut. Crumbed in either a delicious garlic & parmesan crumb or plain, it's completely your choice! These cutlets are best cooked flash fried on the fry pan first to brown the crumb, followed by oven roasting and then rested for 5 minutes to allow the meat fibres to relax.
