  • 4 Bone-in pork chops

  • Kosher salt & black pepper โ€“ To taste.

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce

  • 25251 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Step 1: Prepare the Pork Chops
Pat the pork chops dry using paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment or lightly greased.

Step 2: Make the Marinade
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, and Italian seasoning. Pour the mixture evenly over the pork chops. Allow them to marinate for at least 10 minutes at room temperature.

Step 3: Bake the Chops
