Australian Agriculture Company

The Australian Agriculture Company (AACo) was founded in 1824 and is a world-leading producer of beef and agricultural products. This multi-award winning company is the largest beef producer in Australia and operates the largest cattle herd in the country with around 500,000 cattle spread across Queensland and the Northern Territory. The AACo specialises in grass-fed beef, grain-fed beef and Wagyu beef production.

Sher Wagyu

Since 1991 Vicki & Nick Sher have been producing Fullblood & Wagyu cross cattle on their Victorian & Southern NSW farms.  In this family-owned, paddock to plate farming operation, the cattle are grass-fed until 18 months of age, then moved onto a specially formulated Japanese style barley-based ration for further 400+days.

The ration is developed for gentle slow growth to ensure optimum health of the cattle and the most consistent quality all year around. The rations are all natural and free from growth hormones and antibiotics.

The award winning Sher Wagyu beef is available in top restaurants & butcher shops in Australia, as well as exported to 14 countries.
