Our lamb leg chops are stunning when chargrilled over a BBQ. It is also so versatile that you can cook it in the oven, pan fry or even throw it into a slow cooker for that melt in your mouth texture! These lamb leg chops are also available in a range of marinades! Pictured is the honey rosemary marinade. It’s our favourite.
